We’re building a dream team of three Content Creators: creative, energetic people who love making scroll-stopping content that’s funny, aesthetic, and perfect for the Spark vibe.

The Role

You’ll work both independently and as part of a tight trio to dream up, shoot, edit, and publish content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. No two days will look the same. One day you might be filming a chaotic behind-the-scenes Reel, the next you’re making memes, and the next you’re creating simple aesthetic shots of products. You’ll help shape the entire content direction for the brand, bringing your ideas, style, and personality to the table.

What You’ll Do

• Create fun, engaging, on-trend video content
• Jump quickly on trending audio, formats, memes, and micro-trends
• Produce a mix of funny, aesthetic, or storytelling content
• Edit gripping short-form video with strong hooks, tight pacing, and scroll-stopping appeal
• Regularly analyse performance data, test ideas, and iterate to constantly improve
• Work with the other creators on group content + brainstorm sessions
• Film content both out in the world and at home (gotta enjoy both!)
• Represent the brand voice and values authentically and playfully
• Stay on top of new features, algorithm changes, and best practices across platforms.

Who You Are

Experience is not important to us - passion and raw talent matter more. You might already create content for yourself, for fun, or for small brands… what matters is that you love it.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have natural comedic timing or great visual taste (or both!)
• Love taking an idea and running with it

• Enjoy collaborating, bouncing ideas, and being part of a team
• Are UK-based and able to travel roughly once per month
• Bonus (but we can always train you up if not): photography skills, basic graphic design, experience with CapCut/Premiere Pro.

Requirements for this role:

• Advanced Shopify theme customisation and management with the ability to translate designs into world class web experiences
• Ability to set up and run A/B tests across all aspects of a Shopify store
• Experience with site speed optimisation - both diagnosis of issues and implementation of changes to improve
• Implementation and management of a wide range of tracking tags using Google Tag Manager
• Set up and configuration of the technical aspects of paid media accounts (eg. site verification, conversion tracking, product feed configuration, etc.)
• Support the launch and configuration of international stores using Shopify Markets functionality
• Provide support for new system implementations and tech support for operations when required.

Experience required:

• 2-4 years experience of Shopify web development and A/B testing either at an agency or in-house for a brand
• Demonstrable skills and experience working in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Liquid languages.
