Love my order!
The quality is always good. The print feels good quality and the fit is fine. I would say maybe size up one if you want a comfier fit though, but maybe that's just me. Have not had to use customer service myself so can't comment, but that's a good thing! Nothing has gone wrong for me to need to. Delivery is usually at least a few days, maybe a week, but they are made to order so that's to be expected. All in all, I really love The Spark Company. I love what they stand for, I love that I get stopped in the street when wearing their stuff and I love that they donate to causes that matter. That's why I keep going back!

Excellent service
Ordered a t-shirt and joggers for my wife for Christmas. First I somehow misclicked and ordered the wrong colour of joggers. I noticed before the order was sent and was able to contact someone who arranged for the change before dispatch - thank you! On Christmas Day the t-shirt was an instant hit, but the joggers were a little snug. It was no hassle to return them and I received a replacement pair that fit perfectly and are already much loved. Excellent communication throughout and really good service all round. My wife so pleased with the products and messages she has already ordered at least one item for a friend and plans to order more.
