Service was generally awesome. I love the product range and the ethos behind the store (and have recommended it to numerous friends). The response was also very prompt when I contacted the team with questions, which is impressive for a small business!A couple of (very minor!) gripes. 1: while the fabric quality is amazing, the fit is not great. I assume this is because it's apparently a unisex shirt? But it's way too wide at the shoulders/chest and quite snug around my hips. It's close enough that I'll wear it anyway now that I have paid for it, but if I'd tried it on in a brick and mortar store I probably wouldn't have bought it. I know it's a lot of extra product range, but it'd be cool to have different shape options for the shirts, rather than just 'unisex'. The store's ethos is to be all-inclusive, so it'd be nice to see that all-inclusivity extend to the fact that people have different body shapes. 2: name fields. I do not go by my legal name. I absolutely hate it (for significant reasons I will not go into) and would legally change it if I could. Unfortunately my legal name is the name on my credit card. However, when I sent in a contact form, I specifically wrote the name 'Kate' in the name field, and also signed off my letter with 'Kate'. Yet, the response I received was addressed to 'Katherine'. I can understand the autogenerated emails (ie order confirmation) being addressed to the name on my card, but generally when manually responding to an email/contact form, you should address someone by the name they've identified themself by when emailing you first, but you guys ignored that and dug up the name on my order instead. It'd also be cool if you had separate name fields along with separate address fields for the payment info vs the shipping info, so my order could be under my preferred name rather than the name on my card which I Do. Not. Go. By. Many other stores allow me to put the name on my card as 'Katherine' and then put the rest of my order under 'Kate'.3. shipping time info. As per my previous email, the info regarding shipping times on your assorted webpages and emails was a bit mismatching, but since I've already contacted you about that, I won't go over it again too much, but I do still think it's worth fixing up.
