I rarely write reviews, but The Spark Company has genuinely earned this one.
From the moment I received my order, the customer service was in a league of its own. The follow-up after my purchase was unlike anything I've ever experienced. Every email was thoughtful, personal and genuinely engaging. It actually reminded me of my years studying at university in the UK, where communication always felt warm, articulate and authentic. I even found myself telling friends about the outstanding customer care and attention I received. These weren't the usual generic follow-up emails sent automatically after a purchase; every message felt sincere, personalised and written by someone who genuinely cared about the customer experience.
The delivery was another huge surprise. I was expecting to wait much longer for an international shipment to Spain, yet my order arrived around three times faster than expected. That alone exceeded all my expectations.
As for the T-shirts... I absolutely loved them. The quality, fit and feel are outstanding. I put them on almost immediately after opening the package because I simply couldn't wait.
The packaging also deserves special recognition. The compact pouch that holds three T-shirts is incredibly practical, and even more impressively, when you take them out they're virtually wrinkle-free. Awesome! I also appreciated that the order wasn't buried under layers of unnecessary packaging. It proves you don't need to receive a parcel filled with countless bags and excess materials to create a premium unboxing experience. Less waste, a smaller environmental footprint, and a much smarter approach.
Finally, one of my favourite touches was the card included with the order. I liked the message so much that I now use it every day as a bookmark in my work diary. It's a small detail, but it perfectly reflects the thoughtfulness behind the brand.
