I was a bit careless when completing the order and clicked through the shipping calculation which - if I recall - was about 50% of the cost of the merch. I am ordering from Canada and didn't realize when I was shopping that your site was in the UK so the whole thing ended up being pretty expensive. I know some sellers inflate the shipping cost and use that as a way boost their margins but I assume that's not the case here. Maybe look around for a cheaper shipping option for overseas orders? I would love to order more for next Christmas.

I was super happy with the customer service when I had to exchange for a smaller size. Love the product as well. Whole experience felt very personal and therefore I did completely understand that I had to pay for the return shipping. Thank you for your quick and friendly help.

This was my second time ordering from the Spark Company and again: very happy with the quality and the fit. I have had a sweater for a couple of years now and it stays nice, wash after wash. Also: I love the comments I get on my feminist sweaters and shirts, great conversation starter. All in all: highly recommend and will buy again!
