Here are some frequently asked questions in the meantime:
🎄Will my order arrive by Christmas? (UK)
Our order deadline for UK orders is the 15th December. After this date, we can't guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
🎄I need a gift by tomorrow!
Our e-gift cards are just what you need! They come in denominations of £10-£200. Either forward via email to your recipient, or print and pop in a card if you’re handing over the gift in person.
🎄What’s your exchanges policy for Christmas gifts?
Exchanges for gifts are extended to the 15th January 2025. Just make sure things are in the same condition they were received (not worn or washed, no pet hair, or spilled mulled wine…). If your recipient wishes to do a size exchange directly with us, all they'll need is the full name or email address the order was placed with.
🇪🇺 Will my order be affected by Brexit?
Deliveries to UK addresses will not be affected. Deliveries to the EU for orders under €150 will not be affected, but for orders to the EU over €150 there may be import fees to pay.
To our EU customers: we love you guys, and thank you for bearing with us!
We will be using alternative carriers while regular post services to Canada are suspended. Sadly all carriers in Canada are likely to be affected by this due to increased workload for everyone, and our shipping charges had to be increased to get the services running, but hopefully this will ensure you get your packages in time.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries! 🌏 Sadly there are some countries we're not able to ship to due to carrier restrictions, but we'll continue to work on it. We are not able to ship to: Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan, Yemen, Algeria, Angola, Burundi, Congo - Brazzaville, Congo - Kinshasa, Liberia, Libya, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Togo, Zimbabwe, Brazil, Paraguay, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Saudi Arabia
How fast is your turnaround time?
Typically we'll freshly prep your item and dispatch it within 2-5 business days.
Can I trust these Spark people?
Our checkout uses Shopify Payments and Paypal, for 100% secure and safe transactions. We want you to love your items, so if anything you buy isn't perfect, just let our friendly support team know over live chat and they'll do everything in their power to fix the problem or give you a full refund.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We need 2-5 days to freshly prep your item, and then once dispatched, depending on the shipping method selected, you can expect your order within:
• 1-2 business days - UK
• 3-10 business days - Europe
• 2-4 business days - USA

Are your products ethically made?
Abso-fucking-lutely. All of our tees are produced in a W.R.A.P Gold certified facility (NO sweatshops, NO child labour).
Our classic tees and sweats are more of a relaxed gender neutral fit, so you can size down if you prefer more slim fitted looks, or size up if you’re after baggier and oversized styles. If you’re quite particular about how you want the garments to fit, it’s best to check out our size chart here, and if you've got a tape measure handy, compare the 'Body Width' and ‘Body Length’ measurements with one of your favourite tops at home so you know you're getting the right size
How does Spark give back?For us, this is about much more than fashion. From the beginning we wanted Spark to be a force for good, and we are proud to work with the inspiring folks at Bloody Good Period, a charity that fights for menstrual equity on behalf of displaced people who are in need of period supplies.
